Carp Farmers' Market, at the Carp Fairgrounds, Carp, Ontario

Saturdays May 10th to October 25th, 2008 8:00AM - 1:00PM

For the start of the season we will have our Shiitake and Oyster Mushrooms available, both fresh and dried as well as fresh Jerusalem Artichokes, also known as Sunchokes. We will also have fresh cut flowers every week starting with daffodils and tulips in May and early June. In June we will have potted heirloom tomato plants and pepper plants. Later in the season we will have Garlic Scapes followed with garlic in July. We will also have our range of Jellies available.

Visit us on Saturday. Whether you are into just browsing, or serious shopping - we'd love to see you at the Market.

We will have the following:

Freshly picked Shiitake & Oyster mushrooms in 1/2 lb. bags
Dried Shiitake & Oyster mushrooms in 20 gram packets and 140 gram jars
Powdered Shiitake mushrooms in 30 gram jars
Plants - Tomato and Pepper Plants early in the Season
Jerusalem Artichokes, Garlic Scapes, Garlic, Tomatoes and Peppers in Season
Jellies - Garlic, Four Pepper, Jamaican Hot, Red Pepper and Garlic, Red Pepper, Scarlet O'Onion, Matahari Raisin and Apple and Hot Pepper
